This luxurious resort is a fusion of two large houses, offering endless entertainment with amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, poker room, pool and ping pong tables, barbecue, movie theater, gym, Playstation 4, and more. Enjoy the lush foliage and picture-perfect selfie locations while you unwind in this dreamlike getaway.

The Space

Villa Bond is a luxurious 5000 sq ft, fully renovated home with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, located next to the Miami river, surrounded by all that Miami has to offer, from the finest beaches to the hottest nightclubs. This property is a corner lot mansion, shrouded in tropical foliage, nearby a peaceful park across the street that overlooks the river. Just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the beach. Which makes it easy to get to when landing and convenient to access the beach and other top destinations. Kiki On The River, one of Miami’s most popular spots, is only a few minutes down the road.

Upon arrival at Villa Bond, you will find two gated parking areas. You will be able to securely park up to five cars. When you enter, you will be greeted with a large living room and open kitchen overlooking the pool and outdoor seating. Make yourself at home by enjoying our many amenities including a large pool and jacuzzi, poker room, pool table, ping pong, movie theater, barbeque and several selfie locations. Since Villa Bond was converted from two large houses into one, we also have two kitchens and one of them is Chef’s kitchen.

You will find Villa Bond ready for you, with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with toiletries, and more. You can expect tasteful artwork, high-end linens and towels, comfortable beds, cribs and strollers (are available upon request), everything you need for a luxurious stay in paradise. We also offer a full concierge service, through which you can book exotic cars, yachts, planes, private chefs and more.

BEFORE YOU BOOK, PLEASE READ A FEW DETAILS FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION:

Water and Air Conditioning
Our water is run through a filtration system, offering you clean and pure water. The home comes with a central A/C system to cool you down from the hot Miami sun. Villa Bond has several A/C units, which we upkeep by changing the filters once a month and flushing out the system twice a month as part of our routine maintenance. Please understand that this is a rental and with the constant in and out, our A/C units work much harder than normal. We ask that you be mindful in closing all doors after coming in and out of the home. We will always ensure that the A/C is working prior to your arrival, but if an issue were to arise as a result of doors being left open, we will send someone over as soon as possible. In order to avoid such instances, please be mindful of the advice laid out.

The Climate & Bugs
Miami has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. Villa Bond is inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month to ensure a pest-free stay.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Here at Dream Villas we offer a full concierge service powered by Our Haus Management, and are able to hire an in-house, private chef for you. Kick back, relax, and enjoy your favorite cuisine. You can request traditional Miami cuisine to get the full experience, enjoy Surf and Turf, and so much more. Otherwise, Miami is home to a great array of unique cuisine and restaurants with incredible locations, all near Villa Bond.

Irresponsible Behavior
Irresponsible behavior, including threatening or abusive conduct towards the host or neighbors of the house, will not be tolerated. The host will refuse to allow check-in to the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have related to any irresponsible behavior. The host also has full authority to end the guest’s stay in the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have behaved irresponsibly. No refund will be given regarding the cancellation/canceled stay due to irresponsible behavior. The host will not have further responsibility to the guest once the booking is canceled and or the stay is ended.

Smoking Inside the Property
Smoking of any kind is not allowed. This policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookahs, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers. If there is evidence of smoking inside the property, guests are subject to an additional fee of $250.
